【職務内容】
本ポジションでは、お客様のあらゆるデータ活用やガバナンス/品質維持に貢献すべく、上流のアドバイザリーから具体的なソリューションの提供までをサポートします。
AIを活用したBusiness Transformationを目指すお客様に対し、TCSが提唱するAI-first Enterprise Architectureという考え方の下、クラウドなどのデータ基盤構築から具体的なユースケースに対してビジネス価値を創出するところまで、一貫したサービスを提供します。
Data& Analytics領域の責任者(Consulting Partner)として、以下業務を担当頂きます。
・担当ビジネスにおける売上や収益、稼働率目標の管理達成
・オファリング創出
・潜在顧客とのパイプライン作りや提案活動
・特命案件にConsulting Partnerとして参画し提案活動や案件のコントロールを実施
・人材育成・採用や組織運営活動
・Thought Leaderとしての活動(Knowledge Management、イベント、寄稿、etc)
【Department Overview】
This division supports clients that have not yet clearly defined their digital transformation challenges or solutions by helping them identify business issues, develop solution strategies, and execute transformation initiatives through program management and change management services.
Drawing on best practices developed through TCS's extensive experience across a wide range of industries worldwide, we tailor solutions to the unique circumstances and business challenges of Japanese enterprises, enabling technology-driven business transformation.
Furthermore, to serve as a gateway for clients seeking to create value beyond Japan, we provide a partnership-oriented support model that empowers clients to eventually manage and execute their own IT strategies independently.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will support clients' data utilization initiatives and governance/data quality management efforts, providing services ranging from strategic advisory to the delivery of concrete solutions.
For clients pursuing AI-driven Business Transformation, TCS delivers end-to-end services based on its AI-first Enterprise Architecture framework, covering everything from the establishment of cloud-based data platforms to the realization of business value through specific AI and analytics use cases.
As the Consulting Partner and Head of the Data & Analytics Practice, you will be responsible for the following:
・Managing and achieving business targets, including revenue, profitability, and utilization goals
・Creating and developing new service offerings
・Building sales pipelines and leading business development activities with prospective clients
・Participating in strategic engagements as a Consulting Partner, leading proposal development and overseeing project delivery and governance
・Driving talent development, recruitment, and organizational management initiatives
・Acting as a Thought Leader through activities such as knowledge management, industry events, publications, and other market-facing contributions
【要件】
・コンサルティングの実務経験 (Director相当以上)
・データ/AI領域の技術知見、および同エリアでのビジネス課題に対する技術適応の提案、実施経験
・データ/AI領域（特にMDM）におけるプロジェクトマネジメント経験
・日本語：流暢（複雑なビジネス課題について、口頭・文書ともに複雑な内容を正確かつ円滑に伝えられる）
・英語：ビジネス初級（翻訳ツール等を活用しながら、基本的な業務連絡や簡単なやり取りができる）
【Nice to have】
・データドリブン経営を実現するための体制、プロセス、テクノロジー、文化、スキル全般のコンサルティング経験
・AIサービス/アプリケーション/プラットフォーム、データ基盤におけるアーキテクトとしての業務経験
・上流だけではなく、実際にInformatica/SAP MDGなどのソリューションを使った実装プロジェクトへの参画経験
・営業としてのビジネス計画の立案、実施管理経験
・複数の担当部門が存在するプロジェクトのリードや管理経験
・新技術を用いたビジネスソリューションの提案、あるいは構築の実務経験
【Required skills】
・Proven consulting experience at the Director level or above
・Strong technical expertise in the Data & AI domain, along with experience in proposing and implementing technology-driven solutions to address business challenges in this area
・Project management experience in the Data & AI domain, particularly in Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives and programs
Japanese: Fluent (Able to communicate complex business topics accurately and smoothly in both spoken and written form)
English: Basic Business Level (Able to manage basic business communication and simple exchanges with the support of translation tools)
【Nice to have】
・Consulting experience covering all aspects required to enable data-driven management, including organizational operating models, business processes, technology, data governance, culture, and capability development
・Experience serving as an Architect for AI services, applications, platforms, and enterprise data platforms
・Hands-on implementation experience, in addition to advisory and strategy work, including participation in projects utilizing solutions such as Informatica and SAP Master Data Governance (SAP MDG)
・Experience in developing business plans, driving sales initiatives, and managing execution against business objectives
・Experience leading and managing complex projects involving multiple business units and stakeholder groups
・Proven experience in proposing, designing, and implementing business solutions leveraging emerging technologies and innovative digital capabilities
