Job Title: Luxury Travel Concierge (Japan)
About the Role
Travel Studio is seeking a highly organized, service-oriented, and proactive Luxury Travel
Concierge to support our guests traveling throughout Japan.
As the primary point of contact before and during each trip, you will ensure every guest
enjoys a seamless travel experience by providing exceptional customer service,
coordinating reservations, responding to requests, and proactively anticipating guests'
needs.
This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine
passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for guests before and throughout their journey.
- Communicate with guests via WhatsApp and email in a professional and friendly
manner.
- Prepare and organize digital travel documents.
- Send pre-arrival information and daily itinerary briefings.
- Coordinate with hotels, restaurants, guides, transportation providers, and activity
partners.
- Assist guests with itinerary changes, transportation, reservations, and special
requests.
- Provide timely support throughout the trip, including evenings and weekends on
a rotating schedule.
- Handle unexpected situations calmly and efficiently while keeping guests
informed.
- Maintain accurate internal records of guest interactions and requests.
- Deliver a consistently high level of personalized service.
Required
- Native or fluent Japanese
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask under pressure
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, WhatsApp, and Microsoft Office
Preferred
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality
- Experience working in hotels, travel, airlines, or destination management
companies
- Knowledge of luxury travel in Japan
- Familiarity with Japanese transportation systems Experience with international clientele

- 英語（ビジネスレベル以上・読み書き・会話ともに必須）
- カスタマーサービス、ゲストリレーション、コンシェルジュ、旅行業、またはホスピタリティ業界での実務経験
- 高いコミュニケーション能力とホスピタリティマインド
- 優れた問題解決能力と臨機応変な対応力

- マルチタスク能力があり、優先順位をつけて業務を進められる方
- Google Workspace（Google Drive、Docs、Sheetsなど）の基本操作ができる方

勤務時間・曜日:
勤務曜日・勤務時間は基本シフト制となります。お客様のご旅行日程やご要望に応じて柔軟に対応していただくポジションのため、状況に応じて勤務時間が変動する場合があります。休憩時間は勤務時間に応じて法令に基づき付与します。必要に応じて時間外勤務が発生する可能性がありますが、事前に相談・調整の上で対応いただきます。リモートワークを基本とし、チームと連携しながらお客様対応を行います。

基本的にはリモートワークとなります。
ただし、必要に応じてホテル視察、パートナーとの打ち合わせ、お客様対応などが発生するため、東京都内または近郊（神奈川・千葉・埼玉）、京都、大阪エリアにお住まいの方を歓迎します。
Travel Studioでは、日本各地のラグジュアリーホテルや体験事業者と連携しながらサービスを提供しているため、現地での視察や関係構築をお願いする場合があります。
出張は必要に応じて発生しますが、頻度は高くありません。
アクセス:
基本的にはリモートワークとなります。必要に応じて、社内ミーティングやパートナーとの打ち合わせのため、東京都内および国内へ出張いただく場合があります。
給与:
給与は経験・能力を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
業績および個人の評価に応じて、昇給・賞与を検討します。
時間外勤務が発生した場合は、法令に基づき時間外手当を支給します。
