The SAP S/4HANA SD & MM Consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) and Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) processes in an S/4HANA environment. The role focuses on leveraging S/4HANA simplifications, embedded analytics, and Fiori applications to deliver efficient, scalable business solutions.
- Configure and support S/4HANA SD processes including sales order processing, pricing, credit management, delivery, and billing.
- Work with Business Partner (BP) data model for customers.
- Support advanced ATP (aATP) concepts and embedding SD processes with FI and logistics.
- Enable and support Fiori apps for SD operations and reporting.
- Analyze business requirements and design optimized O2C solutions using S/4HANA best practices.
- Configure and support procurement, purchasing, inventory management, and invoice verification in S/4HANA.
- Work with Business Partner model for vendors and suppliers.
- Support MRP, Inventory Management (MATDOC), and simplified MM data structures.
- Enable procurement‑related Fiori apps for operational and analytical reporting.
- Ensure smooth integration with SD, FI, and WM/EWM.
- Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
- Collaborate with ABAP, Integration, and Basis teams for enhancements and interfaces.
- Support testing (Unit, SIT, UAT), cutover, hypercare, and post‑go‑live support.
- Participate in S/4HANA implementations, conversions, or rollouts.
- Ensure compliance with S/4HANA simplifications and SAP standard processes.
- 5+ years of SAP experience with strong hands‑on exposure to SAP S/4HANA SD and MM.
- Solid understanding of O2C and P2P processes in S/4HANA.
- Experience with Business Partner approach, Fiori apps, and S/4HANA data model simplifications.
- Integration knowledge with FI/CO, WM/EWM, and third‑party systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Must have Japanese language proficiency
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
