・サプライヤーの選定、育成、契約交渉、パフォーマンス管理を含む調達プロセス全体をリード。
・主要サプライヤーとの関係を管理し、納期・品質・契約遵守の確保を推進。
・市場調査や業界動向分析を行い、新たな調達機会やリスクを特定。

・価格競争力と資材の入手可能性を高めるためにフレーム契約を作成する。
・部品およびアセンブリの調達に責任を持つ。・マスターデータの正確性を確保し、システムデータの監視および調整、在庫削減の取り組み、エラーメッセージの処理を実施する。
・エンジニアリング、プロジェクトマネジメント、生産などの社内ステークホルダー、および社内外のサプライヤーと協力し業務を実施する。・安全性と誠実さという日立エナジーのコアバリューとして、同僚や事業を大切にしながら自分の行動に責任を持って対応する。
・工学、産業工学、または経済学・経営学等の学士以上。
・十分な対人関係能力とコミュニケーション能力。

- You will develop and implement sourcing strategies for defined material groups within the service business unit to achieve availability on time, cost savings, quality, and service level objectives.
- You will lead the procurement process for defined material groups, including identifying and selecting and developing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier performance.
- You will manage relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery, quality, and compliance with contractual terms.
- You will conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new sourcing opportunities and potential risks.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and project management to ensure procurement activities align with business requirements.
- You will drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- You will ensure compliance with Hitachi policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

- You will be responsible for processing orders, following up with suppliers, monitoring deliveries, and processing of order deviations and complaints.

- You will be responsible for the procurement of components and assemblies.
- You will ensure correct and precise master data including monitoring and adjusting system data, working on inventory reduction, and handling of error messages.
- You will be in collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Engineering, Project Management, and Production as well as internal /external Suppliers.

- Degree/master’s required: bachelor's degree or above or equivalent in Engineering or Industrial Engineering, Economics or Business Administration
