■ Key Responsibilities
・Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for children aged 3–6 years, working 4 weekdays per week (8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.)
and Saturdays (9:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.).
・Foster a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment that supports children's academic, social, and emotional development.
・Plan and teach engaging, student-centered English lessons for kindergarten or primary school students in the Saturday School programme.
・Assess student learning, maintain appropriate classroom documentation, and communicate regularly with parents and colleagues.
・Collaborate with fellow teachers to plan Units of Inquiry and contribute actively to the school's IB PYP programme.
・Actively participate in school events, cultural exchange programmes, parent activities, and other initiatives that
enrich our vibrant international learning community.
・Support the school's mission by creating a positive, inclusive, and internationally minded learning environment.
■ 主な業務内容
・3～6歳の幼児を対象に、英語による楽しく魅力的なレッスンを計画・実施する。平日週4日（8:00～17:00）および土曜日（9:00～16:30）に勤務。
・子どもたちの学習面、社会性、情緒面での成長を支える、安全で温かく、刺激のある学習環境をつくる。
・幼稚園児または小学生を対象としたサタデースクールの英語レッスンを計画・実施する。
・子どもたちの学習状況を把握・評価し、クラスに関する記録や書類を適切に管理するとともに、保護者や同僚と定期的にコミュニケーションを図る。
・他の教員と協力し、探究ユニット（Unit of Inquiry）の計画やIB PYPプログラムの実践に積極的に参加する。
・学校行事、国際交流プログラム、保護者向け活動、その他のイベントに積極的に参加し、国際色豊かな学習コミュニティづくりに貢献する。
・学校の理念を理解し、前向きでインクルーシブで、そして国際的な視野を育む学習環境づくりに貢献する。

📌 Base Requirements for Teaching Positions at AIS
・A minimum of two years of current teaching experience in the specific grade level or subject area related to the vacancy.
・Experience working at international schools.
・Experience working in a multicultural setting.
・Familiarity with best-practice teaching methodologies for working with a diverse student body, along with evidence of recent professional growth and development.
・Experience with and commitment to supporting extracurricular and after-school programmes.
総労働時間：1週あたり40時間
平日４っ日間：午前8時00分〜午後17時00分
土曜日：午前9時00分〜午後16時30分

4 weekdays: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am – 4:30 pm
* Winter Holiday: Around 2 weeks
* Golden Week - Over 1 week
* Summer Holiday: 2 weeks

基本給：月給 30万円 〜 35万円
