We are seeking a dedicated and motivated HR Manager for our Industrial Technique Business Area Customers Center Japan (ITBA Japan). The HR Manager is a member of the Customer Center Leadership Team and reports to the General Manager. This position requires an experienced, structured, and enthusiastic personality with a solid understanding of the link between business and People & Culture processes. The successful candidate will drive all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes to support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of People & Culture strategy and objectives.
YOUR TASKS:
- Proactively develop and manage People & Culture activities in the organization in line with the People & Culture strategy and the business strategy of the organization.
- Provide methodical support to the management of the organization in the area of People & Culture
- Responsibility to drive Talent management, learning and leadership development initiatives in the customer center.
- Coordinate the performance and competence development review process within the organization.
- Control and continuously improve the system of work and processes in the area of People & Culture within the organization.
- Drive projects in the areas of Talent acquisition, Employer Branding, social media, diversity and inclusion, leadership, process optimization and digitalization.
- Overall responsibility for HR-related business reporting and personnel administration in cooperation with external and internal partners.
- Manage and coordinate the rollout of global HR projects in the assigned area, actively participate in assigned HR projects.
- University degree with a focus on Human Resources or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of work experience in an HR manager position.
- Leadership skills and experience in leading a diverse team with a focus on HR areas such as HR business partnering, HR development, HR systems, HR administration, and payroll (external).
- Deep knowledge of Japanese labor and social legislation is a must.
- Business fluent in Japanese and English.
- Good organizational, planning, and follow-up skills.
- Very good communication skills.
- Ability to cooperate and communicate efficiently with colleagues at all levels.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
