［業務内容］Key Responsibilities
製品の品質向上に向けた、半導体不良解析業務および関連する業務プロセスの構築を担当
1. 半導体不良解析に関する依頼書の作成
・ 解析対象デバイスの仕様・状況を整理し、外部／社内解析部門へ提出する依頼書を作成
・ 不良現象、発生条件、解析目的などを漏れなく整理し、精度の高い依頼書に仕上げる
2. 半導体設計図（レイアウト・回路図）からの構造読み取り
・ 半導体デバイスの設計図・レイアウト・プロセス情報を確認し、構造的な観点から不良要因を推察
・ 必要に応じ、関連部署と連携し情報を収集・整理
3. 業務の構造化・標準化・共通化の推進
・ 依頼元部署から寄せられる多様な業務内容を分析し、プロセスを構造化
・ 共通化できる作業を抽出し、システム化・効率化を推進
・ 属人化した手順の可視化と業務フロー改善
4. 業務ノウハウ／ナレッジの整理・体系化
・ 業務の実施を通じて得られた知見を収集し、手順書・ガイドラインとして体系化
・ 誰でも同一品質で業務遂行できるよう、標準手順書を整備
・ 定期的にプロセスを見直し、継続的改善を行う
Responsible for semiconductor defect analysis and building related business processes to improve product quality
1. Preparation of Request Forms for Semiconductor Defect Analysis
・ Organize the specifications and status of the devices under analysis and create a request to submit to the external and internal analysis departments
・ Thoroughly organize defect phenomena, occurrence conditions, and analysis objectives, and produce highly accurate request documents
2. Structural Reading from Semiconductor Design Drawings (Layouts and Circuit Diagrams)
・ Review semiconductor device blueprints, layouts, and process information to infer defect factors from a structural perspective
・ Collaborate with relevant departments to collect and organize information as needed
3. Promotion of business structuring, standardization, and standardization
・ Analyze the diverse work content submitted by the requesting department and structure the process
・ Extract tasks that can be standardized, and promote systematization and efficiency improvement
・ Visualization of personalized procedures and improvement of workflows
4. Organization and Systematization of Business Know-How / Knowledge
・ Collect insights gained through business implementation and systematize them into procedures and guidelines
・ Established standard procedure manuals so that anyone can perform tasks with the same quality
・ Regularly review processes and continuously improve them

- その他: PC操作スキル（中級レベル）
Required years of experience – 5 year- Development Engineer Experience
- Possess basic knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Able to operate semiconductor manufacturing equipment
- Communication skills, teamwork
- Flexible approach to new things

- Excel: Intermediate level or higher
- Other: PC Operation Skills (Intermediate Level)
English – Not mandatory- Japanese – JLPT N2 or above
