仕事内容:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring English teacher to lead our weekend STEAM classes for young learners aged 2 to 9. This is a play-based, hands-on program where children explore science, art, and creativity while building confidence in English.
The curriculum is fully prepared, so your role is to bring it to life—guiding children through fun experiments, crafts, and interactive activities in a supportive, engaging environment.
You will have have 2 assistant teachers helping you throughout the class and the class size is small with 6-10 students.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate engaging STEAM-based lessons in English
Guide children through simple experiments, crafts, and creative projects
Encourage curiosity, participation, and confidence in speaking English
Create a warm, positive, and inclusive classroom atmosphere
Adapt your communication style to different age groups (2–9 years old)
Support classroom management in a playful and respectful way
Schedule:
Saturdays: 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM (meet time 9:50 and end time 4:30 with 1 hr lunch break in between) the total paid working hour is 5 hours.
Sundays: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (meet time 9:30- end time 12:30 )
total paid working hour is 2 hours.
Compensation:
2,500 yen/hr for the paid working hour
+Transportation will be paid up to 1,000 yen a day
