Answering general inquiries from Members and Guests, assisting Member
Check-in and Guest Registrations, Club facilities and event booking and
Parking registrations at Reception Desk.
レセプションデスクでのメンバーやゲストからの問い合わせ対応、メンバーチェックインやゲスト登録管内施設やイベントの予約、駐車場登録業務を行う。
• Experience in hospitality and good admin skills
• Hospitality school/major preferred
• English: Advanced level
• Japanese: advanced level
• PC skills: word, Excel, Outlook, familiar with Reservation and POS related software.
• ホスピタリティー業界での経験があり、事務系の業務にも対応できること。
• ホスピタリティ系の学校・専攻を修了された方が望ましい
• 上級レベルの英語力
• 上級レベルの日本語力
• パソコンスキル。ワード、エクセル、アウトルック、予約システムやPOSシステムを使用した業務経験があることが望ましい
• Handle general inquiries from Members and non-
members
• Handling Guest Registrations and checking in.
• Assisting members with club event registrations and other facility bookings such as Business Meeting Rooms
• Checking in Overseas, Life members, Reciprocal members and Guest Studio Guests and handling related admin tasks
• Assisting members with Yamato Takkyubin and FedEx
• shipping arrangements.
• Handling member dues payments in cash and credit card
• Handling administrative tasks for parking and bike parking registrations.

- 現金およびクレジットカードでの会費の支払い対応
- クラブ駐車場や駐輪場などの登録業務
Above high school graduates or Hospitality school / major preferred.
Applicants hold valid working eligibility in Japan at the time of lodging their applications.

3days/week (Including weekends/national holidays)
Actual 16.5 / week between 6:30 am and 10:00 pm
