募集職種 ショップスタッフ(海洋博公園)
業務内容 海洋博公園内の物販ショップでのお仕事です。
(勤務店舗:やんばるの杜・ビーチ売店・ギフトショップ南国)
レジ対応や品出し、日々の在庫管理など接客販売や店舗業務全般を担当していただきます。
ショップで展開中のぬいぐるみくじは観光客・修学旅行生をはじめ多数のお客様に大人気の商品です。くじ対応等、お客様の喜ぶ顔を近くで見ることができる素敵なお仕事です。
※仕事内容は丁寧に説明しますので、初心者でも安心です。(レジ操作、キャッシュレス決済等)特別な知識や経験は必要ありません!!
※チームワークを大切にしている職場なので、業務に関してわからないことや困ったことはすぐに聞ける環境です。
勤務場所 海洋博公園内(沖縄県国頭郡本部町字石川424番地)
契約期間 1年更新契約(試用期間:3ヶ月間)※試用期間中も待遇が変わることはありません。勤務状況や能力等により更新の可否を判断。
基本給 大卒以上:218,700円~
短大・専門卒:211,800円~
高卒:207,400円~
昇給あり/年1回
※昇給上限:273,900円
※学歴、職務経験などを考慮し基本給を査定
賞与 賞与:賞与あり/年2回(当財団の業績により支給。業績賞与)
※令和6年度実績 約44万円(夏・冬合計額)

朝礼にてイベント情報などの連絡や身だしなみのチェック、接客用語などの唱和を行い、開店準備をします。
