［業務内容］Key Responsibilities
- 半導体 PKG信頼性装置(TCT炉,HAST炉,リフロー炉,CDM,など)のオペレーション
- サンプルへのはんだ付け作業
- 評価日程の調整
- 各装置へのサンプルセット作業
- 各装置の温度プロファイル作成作業
- 装置日常点検
- 手順書作成
- 簡単なデータまとめ作業
- 簡単な不良解析業務
- Operation of semiconductor PKG reliability devices (TCT furnaces, HAST furnaces, reflow furnaces, CDM, etc.)
- Soldering the sample
- Coordination of evaluation schedules
- Sample setting work for each device
- Creating temperature profiles for each device
- Routine equipment inspections
- Preparation of instruction manuals
- Simple data compilation.
- Simple defect analysis tasks

- 定型作業を丁寧に進めて頂ける几帳面な方(コツコツ型の方)。手先の器用な方(はんだ)。
- Excel: 初級レベル以上
- その他: PC操作スキル（初級レベル）
- Required years of experience – 1 year
- A meticulous person who can carefully carry out routine tasks (steady type). Skilled with their hands (soldering).
- Excel: Beginner level or above
- Other: PC Operation Skills (Beginner Level)
尚可要件 Good to Have
- 半導体PKG信頼性業務経験者、基板へのはんだづけ作業経験
- 半導体PKG信頼性の知識
- Experience in semiconductor PKG reliability operations, experience in soldering substrates
- Knowledge of Semiconductor PKG Reliability
- English – Not mandatory
- Japanese – JLPT N2 or above
