仕事内容:
We are seeking passionate and reliable Online English Instructors to join our team at an English language school.
All lessons are conducted via Zoom, and our students include those preparing for international careers, working holidays, studying abroad and positions in English-speaking environments.
You will teach classes based on our established curriculum. Training is provided to ensure instructors are well-prepared and confident.
- Teach 1-on-small group English classes online
- Use our structured curriculum to guide each lesson
- Attend team meetings when necessary

求める人材:
Requirements (Applicants must meet at least one of the following):
- Graduated from a 2- or 4-year university or graduate school abroad
- Bilingual or returnee (fluent in both Japanese and English)
- Holds one of the following: TOEFL iBT 60+, IELTS 6.5+, TOEIC 850+
- Has more than 1 year of experience as an English instructor
Preferred Qualities:
- Passionate about teaching and committed to student success
- Result-oriented and responsible
- Strong communication skills
- Previous teaching experience is a plus
Language Requirement:
- English: Required (Fluent)
- Japanese: Optional but preferred
勤務時間・曜日:
- Fully remote / work from home
- Flexible shift schedule
- From 1 lesson per week OK
- Weekdays (Mon–Thu): 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Weekends (Sat & Sun): 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Fridays are off (company holiday)
