Well-organized and supportive employer.
The JET Program(me) was well supported by the Japanese Government. A typical day involved meeting with Japanese teacher and planning a lesson for students. Participants had to undertake regular training. The most enjoyable part of the job were the Japan-wide training seminars that were held which would see individuals from all over the world coming together to share ideas.
