Position Description
The Recruiting Manager at Tesla Japan is an experienced leader supporting the build-out and scaling of a Tokyo-based recruitment team. This critical role is essential to recruiting a world-class workforce across diverse disciplines, embodying Tesla’s extremely high standards for employees and our powerful commitment to hiring the best talent.
Responsibilities

Recruit, train, and lead a multi-disciplinary recruiting team supporting Tesla’s newest factory, driving talent acquisition for roles across sales, delivery, service, engineering and G&A.

Partner with all levels of the business to create recruitment strategies that attract exceptional talent.

Leverage data and industry insights to drive strategy and execution.

Utilize multiple internal and third-party tools to identify the best candidates.

Drive the building of networks and pipelines of passive talent (potential candidates) using a combination of traditional and innovative solutions.
